Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

- ½ C Oil
- 1¼ C Sugar
- ¼ C Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 T Vanilla
- 1¾ C Flour
- 1 T Baking Powder
- ½ t Baking Soda
- ½ C + 2 T Almond Milk
- 1½ C Blueberries
Crumbs
- ½ C Flour
- ½ t Cinnamon
- ⅓ C Sugar
- ¼ C Margarine or Oil
Glaze
- Powdered Sugar
- Blueberry Juice
- Almond Milk
Instructions

Crumbs: combine dry, add margarine, crumb.

Chill.

Muffin: combine oil and sugars, mix in eggs and vanilla.

Mix in flour, baking powder, soda, then almond milk.

Fold in blueberries.

Line tins, fill, top with crumbs.

Place on sheet.

Bake on 400 for 20-30 minutes until clean.

Combine glaze.

Cool, then glaze.
