Chocolate Cheese Bundt Cake

Yield: 1 Bundt or 6 mini

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Margarine or Butter
  • 1¼ C Sugar
  • 2½ C Flour
  • 1½ t Baking Powder
  • 1 t Baking Soda
  • ½ C Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ C Orange Juice
  • 90 g instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 8 oz Farmer Cheese
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, whipped
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¾ C Sugar
  • 2 t Vanilla Sugar
  • 2 T Corn Starch

Instructions

    Grease bundt pan.

    Cake: mix margarine, sugar and flour with electric mixer until crumbly.

    Measure 1 C crumbs, sprinkle around bottom of pan.

    Add remaining cake ingredients to leftover crumbs, mix smooth.

    Pour half batter into pan.

    Filling: combine and mix with electric mixer until smooth.

  7. 7

    Pour over cake batter in pan, top with remaining batter.

    Bake on 350 for 70 minutes.

    Cool 20-30 minutes, then flip to remove.
