Double Chocolate Cookies

Yield: 24

Ingredients

  • 1 C Oil
  • ⅔ C Sugar
  • 1 C Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 t Vanilla
  • 2 C Flour
  • ½ C Cocoa
  • ½ t Baking Powder
  • 1 t Baking Soda
  • 2 T Corn Starch
  • Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine oil and sugars by spoon.

    Mix in egg and vanilla.

  3. 3

    Add dry ingredients, fold in chocolate chips.

  4. 4

    Chill 1 hour.

  5. 5

    Bake on 350 for 10 minutes.
