Double Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 C Oil
- ⅔ C Sugar
- 1 C Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 t Vanilla
- 2 C Flour
- ½ C Cocoa
- ½ t Baking Powder
- 1 t Baking Soda
- 2 T Corn Starch
- Chocolate Chips
Instructions

Combine oil and sugars by spoon.

Mix in egg and vanilla.

Add dry ingredients, fold in chocolate chips.

Chill 1 hour.

Bake on 350 for 10 minutes.
