Honey Cookies

Ingredients
- ¾ C Margarine
- ⅓ C Sugar
- ⅓ C Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 t Vanilla
- ½ C Honey
- 1 C Whole Wheat Flour
- 1¼ C Flour
- 1 t Baking Soda
- 1 t Cinnamon
Instructions

Beat margarine and sugars till fluffy.

Beat in egg and vanilla, then honey.

Add dry ingredients, mix to combine.

Optional: divide dough, fold oats into one half.

Wrap and chill 3 hours or overnight.

Roll cookies, 12 per lined sheet.

Bake on 375 for 8-10 minutes until golden.

Cool and store in airtight container.
