Ingredients

  • Fresh or Frozen Fruit/fruits
  • Sugar
  • Lemon Juice

Instructions

    Place fruit in pot (cut frozen fruit so it cooks faster).

  2. 2

    Add some sugar and lemon juice, medium flame, mix every few minutes.

  3. 3

    Once cooking down, taste and adjust.

  4. 4

    Cook to desired consistency (thickens more as cools).

Note

Ideas: Strawberry Peach, Strawberry Apricot, Raspberry, Blackberry. Store airtight in fridge.
