Matbucha

Ingredients

  • Baby tomatoes, juicy
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic
  • Paprika
  • Sugar
  • Salt

Instructions

    Quarter tomatoes, place on medium heat.

    Cook 8-10 minutes mixing every 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare small bowl of olive oil, mince garlic into it.

  4. 4

    Add paprika, sugar and salt to taste.

  5. 5

    Pour red oil into pan, mix.

  6. 6

    Cook low to jam-like consistency.

Note

Store airtight in fridge. Warm before serving.
