Mom's Pancakes

Yield: 10

Ingredients

  • 1 C Flour
  • 1 C Whole Wheat Flour
  • ¼ C Sugar
  • 5 t Baking Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1¾ C Milk
  • ¼ C Oil

Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine the dry ingredients by spoon or whisk.

    Add the wet ingredients and mix.

  3. 3

    Cook on medium heat till golden brown on both sides.

Optional add-ins: chocolate chips, chopped nuts, coconut, apple, blueberries, cranberries...
