Sesame Rolls

Yield: 6-8

Ingredients

  • 500 g High Gluten Flour
  • 5 t Yeast
  • 2 t Sugar
  • ½ T Salt
  • 1¼ C Water, warm
  • ¼ C Oil
  • Toppings: Sesame Seeds, salt, rosemary, za'atar...

Instructions

    Mix dry, add water and oil, knead till smooth and bouncy.

    Rise 1 hour to double.

  3. 3

    Divide into 100 g balls, rest 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Flatten each into small rectangle/oval, roll up from long side, pinch seams, tuck ends.

    Dip in water then sesame seeds + salt.

  6. 6

    Place on lined sheet almost touching.

  7. 7

    Rest 15-20 minutes.

  8. 8

    Bake on 400 for 15-20 minutes until golden.

Note

Freezes well.
