S'mores Blondies

Yield: 8x8

Ingredients

  • 115 g Margarine, room temp
  • 155 g Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 t Vanilla
  • ½ t Baking Powder
  • 145 g Flour
  • 140 g blended Graham Crackers
  • ½ t Cinnamon
  • 160-200 g Marshmallow Fluff
  • 190 g Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

    Blend graham crackers to powder, measure 140 g.

    Beat margarine and brown sugar till combined, mix in egg, yolk and vanilla.

    Add dry, mix combined.

    Line pan, spread ⅔ dough on bottom.

  5. 5

    Spread marshmallow fluff, sprinkle chocolate chips.

  6. 6

    Flatten small pieces of remaining dough, place on top.

  7. 7

    Bake on 350 for 25 minutes until golden brown.

  8. 8

    Don't overbake.

Note

Store in fridge.
