Thirty Minute Dough

Ingredients

  • 2½ C High Gluten Flour
  • 1 C Warm Water
  • 1 T Sugar
  • 1 T Dry Yeast
  • ¼ C Olive Oil
  • 1 t Salt

Instructions

    Combine 1 C flour, water, sugar and yeast.

    Sit 10 minutes till puffy.

  3. 3

    Add oil, salt and another cup flour, start kneading.

  4. 4

    Slowly add last ½ C flour until smooth and not too sticky.

  5. 5

    Rise 15-30 minutes (up to 1 hour or longer in fridge).

    For pizza: 2 large pies and 3-4 personal.

  7. 7

    Par bake pizza/flatbread on 400 for 8 minutes, then use or freeze.

    Once topped, bake pizza on 425.

  9. 9

    For roll: bake on 375 for 18-25 minutes until golden.
