Tiramisu Cheesecake

Yield: 8" or 9" Round

Ingredients

Recipe

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese, room temp
  • ½ C Brown Sugar
  • 1 t Vanilla
  • 1 T Coffee + 2½ T boiling Water
  • 6 T Sour Cream
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 T Coffee + 1 C boiling Water
  • Lady Fingers
  • Cocoa for dusting

Crust

  • 26 Oreos
  • 2½ T Oil

Cream

  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • ½ C Powdered Sugar
  • 1 C Heavy Cream

Instructions

    Crust: blend Oreos, mix with oil, press on bottom.

    Bake on 325 for 12 minutes.

    Cake: beat cream cheese and brown sugar smooth.

  4. 4

    Add vanilla, coffee and sour cream, mix smooth.

  5. 5

    Add eggs, mix just till combined.

    Pour over crust.

    Bake on 325 for 80-100 minutes — edges set, middle slight jiggle.

    Turn off oven, open door, leave 30 minutes.

    Cool, cover, fridge 6+ hours or overnight.

    Cream: beat cream cheese and powdered sugar smooth.

    Beat heavy cream to soft peaks.

    Add cream cheese mixture to cream, beat to combine.

  13. 13

    Remove cake from pan.

  14. 14

    Soak lady fingers in coffee briefly, place in even layer over cake (break to fit).

    Pipe/dollop cream over, dust with cocoa.

Note

Store in fridge.
